John Plecki

Field Manager

Originally from Chicago, IL, and a graduate of Northern Illinois University, John has called Southwest Florida home since 1991. He is happily married to Tricia DiPalo and is a proud father of two amazing and successful children. John has been involved in the construction industry since 1996, working for highly respected companies such as US Homes, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, and Stock Development.

A significant portion of John’s career has been focused on the supervision of multi-family construction. His most recent accomplishments include organizing and establishing new prospect deals. John enjoys golfing and fishing, although he humorously admits he isn’t great at either. What he excels at, however, is celebrating the success of a client enjoying their new home.
